I have contacted the Planning Depts Customer Services today to inform them that the wrong location map has been attached to application 12/3948C, J17. The location map that is attached looks like it belongs to the Muller Application with houses at Houndings Lane.
I hope that the Planning Dept rectify this quickly.

The outline planning application is once again available for comment on Cheshire East Council's website. We have until 6th November to post as many objections to this as possible. If you are able to read some of the other information on the planning application it refers to this application as Phase 1 - Phase 2 and 2b will involve a further 550 houses, (900), in total, along with more office/industrial space, garden centres, etc. Impossible to fit all this on the Heath and completely unsustainable. I rather suspect that employment development will disappear in favour of all these houses.

This application is due to be heard by the Strategic Planning Board on 5th March. (It is now referred to as CS24 in the emerging Local Plan). We need as many people as possible to come along to this meeting to show the strength of feeling. Please check the CEC website for Board Meeting agenda's to check the time and place. Our representatives will be speaking at the meeting and need all the support they can get. Thank you

The planning applications for the 'Capricorn site' and the proposed changes to J17/Roundabout were withdrawn at the last minute from the Strategic Planning Board meeting on 19th March! We await their 're-submission'.
